Our Professional Services

Installation Services: 

We provide FREE Installation on all commercial espresso machines that we sell. We have nationwide reach with our service partners and can provide this service for the whole of the UK. (Includes England, Scotland & Wales). Northern Ireland is available ONLY for La Spaziale products.

Some smaller 1 group espresso machines may not have installation included. The individual product pages will show specific information relating to this. We cannot provide installation into domestic premises, all machines for domestic use should be purchases as tank fed or manual fill. All of our domestic machines on the website are manual fill only.

All installations must be performed by an experienced and approved engineer, if you choose to purchase a machine without wanting an install you can do so, but installing it yourself will void the warranty. So make sure you have the means to maintain your machine going forward. 

We can offer warranty packages on machines that haven’t been installed by a qualified engineer, but this will be liable to a ‘Pre-Warranty Inspection’ at the cost of £165 +VAT

Warranties and Service Plans:

We do offer a warranty on ALL Commercial items that we sell but these are subject to change for each product, please visit the specific product you are after for full information on the warranty and service options. We can offer an additional warranty and service if required on all items, these are different for each brand of equipment please see below to view our pricing plans for each model. All models come with a Standard 12 Months Parts Warranty ONLY. 

This Excludes the cost for any call out’s, servicing, technical phone support and diagnosing issues.

PSSR:

A PSSR check must be completed every year (every 12 months) by an experienced engineer in order to remain compliant. You can purchase a package including a PSSR check from our table above.

Deliveries:

All of our deliveries are FREE, we offer a next day delivery service for all items but these can take 2-3 days on average. The item will be dispatched on next day delivery after the initial lead time. Any built to order and pre-order items can take a lot longer, but will be sent out next day as soon as stock has come in. Please see specific products for more details.
