MONT58 Ethiopia Single Origin Coffee Beans

MONT58's Ethiopian coffee beans, sourced from smallholder farmer Mustefa Abakeno, have earned prestigious awards. Mustafa owns 18 hectares of land in the Jimma area of Western Ethiopia and operates a farm and wet mill planted with various varieties from the Jimma research centre. With a small disk pulper, Mustefa produces half of his coffee as washed and the other half as naturally dried. He also runs a small wet mill where he meticulously processes his farm's and neighbours' coffee separately and dries them on raised beds near his house, maintaining optimal quality.
