• With the B-MODAL burrs, a bimodal curve is obtained, the one typical of espresso grinding, where the very fine particles, fines, and the larger particles, boulders, are balanced and allow the typical composite of a cup of espresso to be extracted.
• Using the M-MODAL burrs, on the other hand, a unimodal curve is achieved that reduces the concentration of fines as much as possible and has a high peak of boulders, in order to extract maximum aromatics.
  
• Stepless adjustment dial: An extremely precise design which, thanks to numerical indications, makes finding the ideal point for each preparation an easy task. The dial makes a 360° turn and each click is approximately 15 micros.
