Features

Dual Stainless Steel Boilers

The Dual Boiler heating system enables simultaneous extraction and steaming, along with a heated group head. Both the stainless steel boilers and the heated group head are regulated by PID temperature control, ensuring the water reaches the precise temperature needed to extract the maximum flavour potential, shot after shot.

Actively Heated Group Head

The professional 58mm stainless steel portafilter accommodates a 22g dose, with both dual and single wall filters included. This ensures a full-bodied coffee with rich, complex flavours, achieved by the ideal dose of 22g of freshly ground beans delivered through the high-quality portafilter.

Low Pressure Pre-infusion

A rich, creamy, and caramel-coloured espresso begins with a low-pressure pre-infusion, followed by a high-pressure (9 bar) extraction, powered by our 15-bar Italian pump.

Manual Hand-crafted Microfoam

Our powerful steam wands are designed to quickly turn milk into smooth microfoam with a velvety texture, perfect for pouring latte art.

Time Shot Control

Achieve your perfect extraction with volumetric or timed shot control. Choose between 1 or 2 shots, or use manual control to determine the exact amount of espresso in your cup, ensuring the perfect shot every time.
