Flat White Recipe
The Flat White is a recipe which originated in Australia and is made with coffee and milk, characterised by a very fine micro-foam that distinguishes it from the traditional Cappuccino.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml Full fat milk
- 50 - 60 ml Coffee beans

Procedure
- Prepare two espresso coffees in a large pre-heated mug or glass.
- Steam the milk, taking care not to produce a thick froth, but instead aiming to create a smooth consistency.
- Fill your cup or glass with the emulsionated milk.
- Sugar to taste and serve the flat white while still hot.
