All of our machines come with a free installation on purchase, and we can perform a pre-warranty inspection for any ongoing service contracts on the day. You can choose to install one yourself but this will void the manufacturers warranty.

Includes:

• Machine placement & levelling: Ensuring stability and even heat distribution.
• Water & electrical connections: Connecting to power and water supply.
• Machine setup & testing: Flushing, boiler filling, temperature adjustment, test brews.
• Grinder installation (if applicable): Aligning grinder with machine.
• Operator training: Teaching staff how to use, maintain, and clean the machine.
